Prize details
There is a single prize, for the winner – comprising 1 year of mortgage payments up to a maximum value of £25,000 (GBP). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner will receive the lower amount of £25,000 (GBP) or 12 x their current (as at the date of the prize draw) monthly mortgage payments on a Qualifying Mortgage. Where the winner has more than one Qualifying Mortgage, the prize calculation will be based on the lowest monthly payment made.
