This competition has one big prize that combines two parts:
Cash: You’ll get £100,000 deposited directly into your bank account.
Lodge: You’ll win a furnished lodge with two bedrooms at Parbola Park in Cornwall. Here’s what’s included:
- Private deck with barbecue and furniture
- Fully equipped kitchen
- All fees and bills covered for the first two years, including:
- Site fees
- Local authority fees
- Water rates
- Electricity
- Gas
- Insurance
Important things to know about the lodge:
- You’ll need to sign an agreement to become the official owner.
- After two years, you’ll have three choices:
- Keep the lodge: You’ll be responsible for all future costs like fees, bills, and maintenance.
- Rent out the lodge through the park’s letting scheme: You’ll cover any costs related to renting it out, but you’ll still own the lodge and be responsible for fees and bills.
- Sell the lodge: The park gets first chance to buy it back at market price. If they don’t, you can sell it privately or through the park’s sales team (you’ll pay any selling costs).
